iMort™ Lender: Utility Manager

Every system has utilities to perform a variety of functions, but never before has one system made these tasks as simple as iMort™_Lender.

Market Movement
Mortrax provides a market movement ‘proposal’ every business day to help our clients establish their pricing structure from the previous day (or earlier in the day during times of volatility). Lenders can use this utility to set market movement values for Fixed vs. ARM based on Conforming, FHA/VA, Jumbo-A, ALT-A and Sub-Prime program types. Secondary Marketing can perform re-pricing functions in seconds without un-necessary ratesheet distribution.

Rate Lock Directory
Each Rate lock form that is delivered electronically to Secondary Marketing from the iMort™_Engine is added to this directory. Confirmations, corrections, extensions, and voids can be processed from this utility which allows the most efficient way for Secondary Marketing to interact between the originator and the rate lock request.

Role Group Creation
Some lenders have different policies with regards to security and system access. The iMort™ system provides unlimited numbers of roles so that departments, or individuals can have customized screen and data accessibility.

Program Subscriptions
Since the iMort™ system is based on program subscriptions, this utility gives our clients a way of reviewing their current subscriptions, as well as checking which other programs are available, but not yet subscribed to. By signing an Addendum to the Client Agreement, Mortrax can instantly provide access to a multitude of Investor (‘Conduit’) programs that are part of our data_management services.

Loan Product Definitions
Sometimes a lender has the need to refer to a product in such a way that makes it different from others. An example of this would be a 2/28 ARM instead of a 2/6 ARM. The iMort™ system gives you full control of your product labeling so that the system can adapt itself to your requirements.

Dropdown List Definitions
Just like loan products, a lender can configure the iMort™ system with your naming preferences for such things as Doc Type, and Loan Purpose. If you prefer a ‘No Cash Out Refi’, instead of a ‘Rate/Term Refi’, then this utility will help you achieve that goal in seconds.

State/County Subscriptions
Lenders don’t always do business in every State and/or County. In seconds, you can ‘turn on’ or ‘turn off’ any State or County. If you have a specific business channel that is restricted from a particular geography, the iMort™_Rule Manager can be used make that goal a simple reality.

Image Upload
By using this utility, our clients can have complete control over the types of images that it wishes to use for specific regions and origination channels. Lenders that realize the importance of combining images with powerful slogans, or ad campaigns, will take regular advantage of this user friendly utility. This flexibility is part of the standard iMort™ ‘private label’ feature.
